FBN is seeking a strategic partner and/or equity investor to:
▪ Assume a major position in the venture and provide necessary funding and resources for growth
▪ Support the launch and distribution of a Pan-African content feed
▪ Establish a production center and headquarters in New York City
▪ Launch a broadcast station in Nigeria
